With 15 years of experience as a social worker in mental health, I offer compassionate support and expert guidance in areas such as depression, anxiety, career challenges, and relationship issues. I am committed to helping individuals navigate life's difficulties and achieve personal growth and well-being.
I take a gentle approach to therapy, creating a safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable and heard. I primarily use talk therapy, combined with a solutions-focused, strengths-based approach. This means we’ll work together to identify your unique strengths and resources, helping you to build on what is already working in your life. We’ll focus on finding practical solutions to current challenges, while also empowering you to develop coping strategies that promote lasting, positive change. By drawing on your own resilience and abilities, we’ll work towards a future where you feel more confident, capable, and in control of your journey.
I offer flexible virtual health sessions via online video or phone, so you can access support anywhere, anytime. This approach gives you the convenience and adaptability to fit therapy into your schedule and needs.
